Karaṇa, Prāṇa, Flow, Skills Essentials
Classes for anyone who wants to learn the minute details of each movement. Anatomical proportions and fundamental units of movement are the heart of this class. Essential method skills will also be practiced: jump through, jump back, pass through, lift up, press, drag toes.
Deconstruction
Detailed study of a selected sequence with focus on kinesthetic progression leading to posture.
